Take the advice from me...I have been pulled over plenty of times and still have no points on my license!

Take the ticket to court. If where you live is anything like Miami-Dade County, before the ticket goes to trial (where the cop would show up), you have a Pre-Trial Conference. At this PTC, the judge will give you the option to plead No Contest to what happened. What you want is no points and no school. Depending on your age and past driving record, the judge may with hold adjudication. This means it stays on your record but you have no poitns and your insurance cant go up...Look into it
