Similar specs to PC/UDM? There is nothing similar to PC/UDM in
XC 3401 VRG. They are not even remotely close. PC is 3.7amp. 3401 is 7.5. OPMs on PC/UDM are up to 6000opm. 3401 up to 9600. 3401 has action mode that is similar to rotary. PC/UDM do not. They are completely different.

3401 is, like Al said, designed and marketed solely toward automotive industry for paint polishing.
