Lots of guys like us wish we could bulk up with a lot of muscle, but it just doesn't always work out that way.

FWIW I concentrated on low-rep/heavy weight work to compensate for how I was naturally built. I limited my cardio to brief intense sessions that would help with my cardiovascular health while not burning off the muscle I was working so hard for.

Don't overtrain, it'll only be counterproductive.
I agree with most of the above. Don't do much cardio if you want to add muscle mass. Lift weights and eat lots of clean food directly afterwards. Make sure you get plenty of rest, at least 7 hours of good sleep a day.

None of the above will help you bulk up much. Bench, Military press, Squats and Deadlifts are your friends for mass. So is varying your routine. Just going with heavy weights all the time will make you hit a plateau. Some people say your muscles get complacent, but I think its all in your head, you just need variety.

Good luck, and stay healthy!
