Opposite of losing weight
This is what I am talking about. Info on bulking up healthy. I am 6'1 150lbs used to weigh 175 but after going thru 3 surgeries in 6 months (actually after the first surgery and finding out I had cancer I lost 30 lbs), 5 cycles of chemo, a visit to the hospital w/lots of goodies such as vitamins, a blood transfussion, and many test). After all that 9 months later I am still hovering at 150lbs. I eat like crazy and I am very skinny and thin. I told my GF when I was out of town I did a leg lift and lifted 295lbs. Her comment was "And your legs didnt snap. You get them sewed up on the plane" I know I am skinny and I eat 4 to 5 times what ever and anything that is in reach.
For example this week I have eaten 12 Hard Tacos, 5 Steak Soft Tacos, 4 Cinniminon Twist(sp), 7 doulbe cheese burgers, 4 large fries, and I have no clue in how many gallons of water/juice. This is not out of the ordinary for me at all. I eat like this all the time and I don't gain anything. Maybe this is just my time in life to be able to eat what ever I want and not gain a thing but at the same time I want to gain some weight/muscle mass. (Does not include breakfast or Dinner or late night meals)
I do ab workouts, rollerblade, run about 4 miles a week, and I am about to start riding my bike as well as playing different sports again.
Am I stressing for nothing or is there something that I should really bring to my doctors attention?
