That is a pretty sweet garage, wow, definitely jealous man. Garages rule, screw the house! Throw a bed in there, a TV, fridge, and you are set! Give the neighbours 50 bucks a month to use their bathroom and that about covers it. Oh, make sure you the thing is heated too, don't want to freeze your *** off in winter.
