I've been looking for six months in Omaha, and finding any '05 LGT is just about impossible, let alone a wagon, and one with a stick (although I've decided I can live with the 5-spd sport-shift auto if that's all I come across). Kansas City and Des Moines are pretty barren, too.

Any plans to modify your LGT? Up-pipe, turbo-back exhaust, and a reflash are on the short list for me if I can ever find one around here.

Not to rub it in, but I had 2 'new' 05 GT wagons to choose from . Both were with the 5spd in Satin White Pearl. One was a Limited with the Taupe interior and 140+ miles (IIRC). Mine is the non-Limited with black interior (though I have put car seat covers on for the kids) and 89 miles. Last time I drove by the lot the other GT was still there.

When I got the car I was ready to go StageI, springs, wheels and tires right away with StageII stuff to follow, but have since changed my mind and decided to stay stock (except for COBB STS). I need to keep this car as reliable as possible especially with baby #2 expected any day now.

I'll probably revisit the mods in a few years though.

One thing about buying a car that has sat on the lot for two years was that I had a TON of work to do to get the paint back to a decent gloss, and still have a little more to do. I swear the swirls had swirls on them.

BTW, are you the same Tort on LegacyGT?
