I use Poli-Seal on an old white LC pad for most windows... I've used OP/cutting pad before on bad waterspots with solid results... never needed to step up to OC or OHC. Poli-seal works out really well, just don't use more than a tiny bit. It will streak something awful if you do, use maybe a pea-sized dot for each window, less is more because you don't need to worry about marring from dry-buffing.
