alright i am a complete noob and i have searched thro the site.

i have an 07 white cayman and i just got finished dawning the car twice and claying(the 1st time) and i am now wondering what the next step is. polish and then wax i belive which leads me to my next question. what machine should i use to apply wax and polish. a pc or a rotary?(i dont really know what a rotary is)
keep in mind im trying to keep the $ as low as possible (under 150)
