I have a 10x10 and I can set it up in less than 3 minutes. My technique is to open it gradually corner by corner by walking around it and pulling on each corner. Before I know it it's all done and I just add the stakes or weights. Tearing down is done in a flash. | I've only used mine a couple of times so I don't really remember exactly, but I'll try that technique next time.
