Yeah, thats kind of why I asked. It doesnt appear to have been packaged properly. I would get with Taylor over at Sutherland and see what he can do for you.......Send him the pics, and let him know "had there been more packaging, this may have possibly been avoided". Hi Patrick. I don't mean to but in but I receive about 3 packages a month, mostly from UPS and I have never had a problem yet! They have always delivered timely and in really good condition.
Maybe I have just been lucky, I don't know. However the package you received (as opened) has the smell of disgruntled employee or poltergeists.
I think if you contact them with the pictures as someone suggested, things can probably be settled with no problems. Sorry dude, sometimes it's just a *****!
