any good detailers in these areas? i live in olympia and have been to a couple shops and i seemed to know more about products and methods just from reading these boards than the kids working there did. it seems like a lot of the shops have some younger kids working for them (highschool age). is this the norm or do i need to keep looking?

if any one has had good experience with a shop in the oly/tacoma area let me know, thanks.
