| If you can operate a computer mouse you can operate a PC safely. It may take you a little while to become proficient with it, but to screw the paint up with a PC is a harder task than actually correcting the paint.
My grandfather, who had never even heard of a PC before, picked mine up and went at it will zero ill-effects.
