| Well, I'm a 62 year old Diabetic Detailer (there's a job description for ya LOL). Detailing plus treadmill time plus a healthy diet keep my sugar level in control. I detail as a paid hobby and also have a Mon - Fri regular job, so I'm busy.
I thought about a bowflex until I got started in detailing. I think that this is a pretty good workout and a nice sense of accomplishment at the same time.
