| My workout this summer was detailing boats pretty much 5 days a week. With all of the work I lost 20lbs. Since I have moved to college I have lost another 5+ lbs. Along with eating healthy, smaller meals, I try to swim every day I am at my appt (5 days a week), and I have been doing some walking lately (1-2.5 miles).
I find that walking is more peaceful than running for me because it allows me to see the world and also allows for a great deal of thinking.
