I think like you mentioned the issue there is the current M3. It's already as fast as the current M3, if they made it handle the same, well, it'd be the M3. I definitely do not agree on the body roll, but hey I guess that's subjective. I will still buy you that case if you can find me a single objective review that scores *even the S4* ahead in the skidpad or slalom. I personally think this car is going to dominate road tracks in its price class. I've been lucky enough to put over 15k on a 2005.5 S4 this year, when it came time for me to buy it was that or the 335i, and I choose the 335i for a number of reasons. Have you modded your A4? I only ask because that would make a lot more sense - my G coupe in Cal was modded heavily (sways, coilovers, underpinnings, regulators, etc) and felt as good as a 335 stock, my G sedan is not modded and feels like a boat compared to the 335. My A4 was not modded and was not as tight as the 335 (imo). The S4 I am driving is modded, but only engine mods - it is not as tight as the 335 - it has slightly less dive, but it has more understeer by a long shot, and more roll (much heavier). Obvious advantages the S4 has is AWD and the interior (the interior is WAY nicer), cons are it's slower, heavier, less agile (imo), and $15k more expensive.

I do absolutely agree on RFTs - they are asinine. Many people replace them and carry a fix-a-flat kit. Personally I'd rather have more trunk space than space for a spare, but I can see the argument for a spare.

Oh, the Canadian and US models are identical.

Cheers.
