So if I understand correctly you have a sealant on your car? If so then a glaze will not bond to the sealant which will make it impossible to top with a carnauba. If the glass has enough cleaners it will remove the sealant thus allowing you to top with a carnauba. So here are the basic choices IMHO:

Remove the sealant then glaze/carnauba wax
Sealant/carnauba Wax
Glaze/Sealant carnauba Wax (the glaze prior to the sealant will most likely lessen the durability of the sealant).
