Ditto what both Paul and TnM6i said. If you just want to apply/remove wax with that here is a thread that has a link to some better bonnets for a 10" RO:

But as the others mentioned, you won't be able to use the pads that are talked about here with that Vector.

The smart thing to do, if you're serious about detailing, is return it and then buy a PC.
