To be honest with you, I've never seen those products... Although the Formula scratch out looks awfully similar to "Kit Scratch Out" which is sold over-the-counter at my local Walmart. Not a lot people use the Kit Scratch Out (I'm pretty sure it's the same product as the Formula 1), but I guess it will still do your job at polishing.

So where you live, there are no other products whatsoever? Maybe you can list all the products you have there, and we can suggest the best one there... Sorry I couldn't help you out more.
