This past spring the battery died in my truck at 11PM, with me 45 min from home. I called the local WalMart and the lady who answered the phone looked up my truck in the battery book, quoted the price AND she pulled the battery and had it waiting at the front of the store when I got there! I didn't ask for any of this and was amazed! People may get PO'ed at WalMart but that was some A+ customer service...and yes it was the correct battery.
