Red face I gave my car a stretch mark. Help. Repairing poor scratch fix.

I was trying to fix a keying on my car that goes from the fuel cap cover of the car all the way up the side and then all the way up onto the hood using Duplicolor Scratch n' Fix. Things didn't turn out so great.

1. I used too much primer, paint and clearcoat so the fix rises above the level of the surface of the rest of the car's paint.

2. The wet sanding created haze.

I attempted to attach a picture that illustrates the situation better. My question is, "Where should I go from here?" I would appreciate your advice.
