I have not found a detergent that removes it. How do I know this? I have a magic marker that I apply to my paint. The marker is normally removed (50%) by washing it with Dawn or spraying it with any number of cleaners. When I apply RDF49 over the marker, Dawn and the cleaners don't break through and remove the marker stain to any %.
I can remove RDF49 with Prepsol.
