rotary or orbital though? described as polishing/sanding i would assume they are orbitals no? rotary polisher is more of a grinder.

You link a rotary in your first post which is alot more powerful then a pc...yes a pc goes 6k opm but does not necessary mean more power due to it orbital head v. a rotary is 3k rpm....it sounds like you have not used either of these machine in that cause i suggest a pc da to start off with its allot safer and bubba proof, then using a rotary can cause some seriuos damage to paint....
