Did right by me. As many of you know, there was a problem with some peoples Optimum Polish being chunky and what not. I emailed Optimum Polymer Technology Inc, and explained my problem only really looking for an explanation. The return mail was prompt, and respectful. Dave told me he would send me a fresh bottle of Optimum Polish upon the return of mine. He emailed me again saying to cover shipping charges, he would throw in a free bottle of OCW. I shipped my bottle of Op back, and today my fresh bottle of Op and OCW came in.

I cant say enough good things about Optimum's customer service. They were very fast, respectful, and they really are looking out for what is in the customers best interest which is a hard thing to find now adays.

Optimum will have a customer for life in me.
