Awesome write up!! I will be doing some repair on my car this summer. I have the following:

- Bird crap etching on the front right fender (Not sure what to do for this..wet sand it out?)
- Keying marks on the driver door (got a lot of out with polishing, but still can see a "Tad" of it. More like we can only see it since we're perfectionists, haha. But think sanding will be good?
- Keying mark on the passanger door. This one is bad. It is down to the metal in some spots. I'm assuming the process above will work good?

I'm going to give it all a try because even if I mess up, I was still planning on having it all painted again.

Question: With the wetsanding, aren't you going to have a really really smooth area compared to say the area next to it? (maybe some orange peel and such). How do you "blend" this in?
