| Initially I thought was the same thing -- compound dried out from previous use. Although, I can't seem to see any (perhaps not thru naked eyes).
I've tried using less compound and lower speed.
Maybe my cleaning process for the pads isn't right? I basically let it sit in a bucket with dish washer soap (dawn) for a bit, then rinse it out. I then put it on PC to spin it to get the water out.
How do you guys clean the pads? |
