| Nothing's made to last anymore, so I wouldn't count on that Craftsman, either. I just picked up my 7 month old Sears dehumidifier (really nice, made in China) from warranty repair, and the guy at the desk was telling me I might want to buy the extended warranty before the year was up because "they only last about a year". My old one, only broke once every 5 years, and the second time I didn't figure it was worth fixing.
