I have owned both (actually, I did not own a Noah, but the Evolution product made by the same company, which actually costs more than the Noah). I currently use the WeatherShield. My experience matches Showroom's. I like the light weight and lack of bulk, but, if you need to stop water, this cover is not the one. In So Cal, it is not such a big issue -- though I wish it lived up to its promo for the few times when it does rain. Also, I have notice that heavy dew will go through a bit, or, perhaps it is dew forming UNDER the cover. Oh, the cover is not good in the wind. Not often a problem in So Cal, but when it does blow, I have had the cover come over because of its light weight.
