well, i took my OWN advice and today took my car over to the body shop that's done, let's say "a good bit of work" on my car. There are a few spots that have been bugging me. The problem? The repairs are over 3 years old. Guess what? They said they'd fix it all to my satisfaction and were happy to see me and have a chance to make things right.
I guess it depends on the shop. There are some possible explanations for this crappy workmanship seen here, so it's worth at least asking the shop.
