My Cadillac had 110K on it when I got it. The 4.5L V8, which was out for a few years as a replacement to the infamous 4.1, apparently is quite reliable. I regulars see Sedan de Villes of that vintage ( I'm happy the Coupes are more rare

)on the road in both the 4.5, like mine, and the 4.9, the predecessor to the Northstar.
