To Lowe -
Parade Gloss has silicones in it, regular Kiwi doesn't. A friend of mine whose in the CAP (Civil Air Patrol) claims that Parade Gloss wrecks your boots, but I havent found anything to support that. Usually on mine (Danner Ft. Lewis, great boots BTW), I'll put 3 coats of regular Kiwi on (set the first coat on fire in the tin, so it goes on as a liquid, follow with two normal coats), then 2 coats of Parade Gloss, top it with the Kiwi Instant shine. Its not quite as good as a really well done hand spitshine, but hey, it only takes 20 minutes or so.
