Pat...Thanks. If I did not have the Fikse's, yours would be my next choice! If I end up getting the toy that I'm thinking of, I will probably put a set of HRE's on it.

Forrest from Mothers e-mailed me and said that the Power Ball works a lot better with an 18v cordless. The 14v that I have does not generate enough RPM to be effective and the corded drill spins too fast, which causes the tearing.

Since a new 18v cordless is not in my future any time soon I will try to replicate the speed of one with my variable speed DeWalt and see what happens.
