You may want to e-mail or call TOL and ask them, but I don't think it does. If using LC 7.5" pads the BP will center itself fairly well in the recess of the Velcro:

If using smaller pads (6/6.5") I would recommend a 5" BP.

Thanks I was under the same impression as well as to which bp it was, I'll send an email though and report back.
