| A general meet-up would be a cool idea! - even if just to chat with like minded (i.e. obsessional) people about hints and tips to get the best results. As well as the opportunity to show off your car / see other peoples results.
i think a summer month would be ideal - perhaps June and a mid-week evening somewhere. I know the Mini owners clubs used to meet up in out-of-town shopping centres (trafford centre was used a few times - which I know you will know of m4xmw) so there is car parking space where people can meet and there are food venue's etc.
