Thanks guys, I really appreciate the support. I took some 3M Swirl Remover for dark cars, to a small spot on the hood. It somewhat helped remove a little swirl marks, but I think its gonna need some in-depth work.

Im probably gonna ask for my money back, then go out and buy a PC. Im sick of expecting a great looking car, and then feeling depressed all night about $125 down the drain.

BTW, im locating in the twin cities, MN. So any of you guys out in this area, i'd be willing to pay money to restore the shine on my baby.
