Patrick, go see your family doctor and ask for a drug called Zyban. It's awsome! It kills your cravings and you shouldn't gain any weight when you quit. Now, Zyban is also a class of anti-depressants, but it's marketed for stoping smoking. My spinal surgeon wouldn't cut me until I stoped smoking. I tried everything, he wrote me a script and I quit for a year and a half. I'm back smoking again though. Work stress sucks. I'm thinking about the hypnosis. Zyban is great, but you don't dare drink a beer on that stuff.
