During one of the Speed/Polish threads that has popped up it was mentioned that either 3D or HD had Microfiber pads in the works.

Can we get an update or possible sales date on this product?

I have always used Optimum MF pads but mine are getting a little long in the tooth, and I would like to get wait it out to try some of the HD if they are in the workings.

On a side note, the new 3D foam pads are nice, but just not nearly as versatile as MF pads. Get in the game HD, I'm trying to consolidate my product/chemical orders!!

3D is working on it, Tunch wants to make sure that we don't run in to velcro and melting issue like the other guys. Thanks for your patience

^ if those issues were solved, that would be badass. While you're at it, maybe produce a backing plate with better cooling properties, if possible.

So the bottom line is they are still in R&D? I guess I will have to order some more optimum.

I asked about who's designing them because my Meg's pads fell apart after a few uses. I wanted to make sure I didn't buy more of the same.

I guess I'll go with Optimum too.
