Dealer is going to wet-sand car to get out acid rain spots

I'm going to have my car wet sanded by the dealer Wednesday under warranty due to acid rain spots all over the hood, roof, and decklid. I've tried to clay bar, polish, etc the spots but they are unphased. The dealer is going to take care of it under warranty since the car is barely two months old. Anyway, can anyone suggest questions to ask or things to look for with the detailer? He is supposed to be one of the best but I am ultra-anal about my car. I ordered about $150.00 worth of Pinnacle products the other day and plan on detailing it after I get it back. Any suggestions. The car is black in color and as everyone knows, it is very hard to keep swirl/scratch free. Oh, by the way, I come from preludeonline.com along with "NGLude".
