I would recommend looking at a 2 post, 4 swing arm style lift. A good company is Rotary,who supplies lifts of all types to car dealers, service orgs. etc.I have ordered one for my new garage. They are around $3300.00 installed. They come in a variety of lift capabilities, and I would think that a 7000 pound capacity might meet your needs. A major consideration is ceilling height, and you will need 12 feet to install one of these. Rotary does have lower profile lifts requiring less height.
