I would suggest
not putting the sub on top of tv. From the pictures I am assuming you are trying to safe space. Try to find another spot for the sub. The reason is because you don't want the magnet on the sub messing with the tv. If you have never experienced this, take a small magnet and wave it about an inch or two above the tv and watch the screen (it has to be on).
