| In the past I have painted garage floors using a two-part epoxy paint from Sherwin-Williams, (no affiliation), and no one complained after a year of homeowner use. It should be noted, these were clients who took no care to worry about the floor, and in this climate, road salt dominates in the winter...and no peeling.
