| I am there Good idea. I am 6'2" and 220 lbs. I would like to get down to the 190's again. It is not that people point at me and say I am fat, it is merely that I feel heavy, and do not feel overall as good as when I weighed less.
Try this.... go find something that weighs around 30 lbs or so. Then carry the object up and down the stairs just once. Compare that to when you go up and down with only your own weight. BIG difference. Think about how you would feel with 30 lbs less weight, and you are hauling your butt up the stairs. The thing is, the weight comes on with stealth, and comes off with such work. The weight trick is something that will give you the incentive by actually feeling what it would be like without the added weight.
