Update:
From what I have learned the NAPDR is no longer in operation., but their website still will take your money, if you want to give it to them (I am assuming).
Luckily the IDA, here is the thread(
International Detailing Association) has steped in and is giving free memeberships to those that were in the NAPDR.
Lesson learned the hard way.
However someone picked up the ball so I will just go with it. I hope the IDA has the strenght to stay around and fulfill its vision.
