Well I used a foamed pad with 2.5SSR on a makita and took a few passes with it.
It definitely improved it.
May take a few more once I detail my entire car next week.
Perhaps with just a wool pad.
I presently don't have any more abrasive compound ATM than the 2.5
I'll be sure to get rid of the micro scratches left from the pad that you may see in the photo. (naturally)
Great suggestion to try the compound first. I was anxious to let you know that it certainly helped. It's still a work in progress as you can tell.
