You should be cleaning the seats EVERY time, not every 3 times. Otherwise you are rubbing in dirt and sweat and other bad stuff into the leather with the conditioner.

Leather wrinkles over time, its just how it is. Proper care will make it last longer, but it takes very little time to get creases and wrinkles on seats of a daily driver.
