That's what I thought as well, but is there anything I can do to minimize the appearance.
ie. touch-up paint, sandpaper, rotary, random orbital....etc.
I have these things.
Was thinking about just trying my luck with some touch-up paint.
I know it will still be noticeable, but if I can cover the gray, then I'll be happy.
It will look like a glob of paint, I'm sure after.
Then use machine to reduce the hazing surrounding the mark?
I've had pretty good success using paint to fill stone chips on my front bumper.
