757Motororing - Thanks for the compliments. I too am not really a fan of the CCS pads. The only ones I use are the 5.5" low profile ones. I don't use any of the 6.5" ones. When it comes to the rotary, I prefer the Meguiar's polishing and sometimes their finishing pad. And yes, I use numerous pads throughout the detail. How many just depends on how big the car is and how much polishing I'm doing. The steamer is a Daimer. jswhitley - Thanks! Not sure why he didn't have the trunk covered in the clear bra. With as much of the car being covered, I'm surprised he just didn't do the whole thing...hehe!
