only thing that comes to mind is "armored personal carrier", lol
so far just off the shelf car wash soaps and Simple Green.
someone had suggested to me to "try straight isopropyl or some denatured alcohol"
I'll probably try the alcohol next.
I do remember someone telling year ago, that wd40 was good for tar like stains,
I guess I can take the wheel off the car and try soaking the face with some wd40, as the stuff is dried on like cement now (tough the layer is super thin)
