I don't know how it is in canada vs the US, but you can get them for invoice in Cali. Have been able to for years. Any car with that kind of mileage is a demo. This is especially worrisome on an Evo, as you know it has not been babied for those miles or broken in. If it were me, it would take a very good deal, definitely under invoice if at all.

I am sure it is different in canada since this is the first generation Evo that has been readily available there, but still, a year+ old demo car has to take a big hit. New or not, the resale once you buy it is already down significantly.
