Ha, client said the same thing. That is my trade secret; when in doubt, just replace things with brand new stuff and tell people you got it that clean
The process on the mats were soaking in a mix of Bissell LGCM solution and Optimum Power clean APC, agitating with a brush after 5 minutes or so, then power washing, followed by extracting the leftover water with my LGCM.
On the floor carpeting / salt stains, I spray everything down with the Bissell / OPC mix, agitated with a brush then extracted with the LCGM + hot water.
