No steel wool. But the cleaner is diluted down to safe dose. I beleive 10:1 maybe more... And yea the back ticked me off... The nuts are different sizes from the front seats to the back seats.. You'd think it would be more cost effective if they were all the same... LOL. And honestly as much fun as this one was I really hope I don't see anymore rendezvous's for awhile...
